Why was my order canceled and my payment refunded? Here are some common reasons for this situation: 1.The payment is rejected by your card issuer. You could contact the issuing bank for more details or try another payment method or card. 2.Your payment request was rejected due to security issues. You could try to pay with another payment method or card. If you are not willing to change, you could contact us to provide your identity information for identity verification, after we verify it, you can pay again. 3.There is some mismatched information in your order, or we need to confirm the receiver information with you. Usually, we tried to contact you to correct or confirm the information by call/email/message, but maybe you were busy and missed it. We will cancel your order if we do not receive your reply overdue for your benefit. 4. One or more products included in your order are out of stock. Usually, we tried to contact you to explain the situation by call/email/message, but maybe you were busy and missed it. We will cancel your order and refund it if we do not receive your reply within 5 days for your benefit. If you have other questions or need more help, please feel free to contact us.
We do not charge our customers with any additional fees or taxes. However, you may still have to pay the following ones: - Bank transfer charges; - PayPal recharging fees; - Customs and import duties; - VAT; If you are a drop-shipper or wholesaler, please ensure that you are abiding by the tax regulations for selling our products in other countries. Product Quality Guarantee Policy For the following categories of products, IMall will provide quality warranty service if there are any quality problems or non-human caused problems. Warranty time starts from the time when you receive the goods. Please note that any overdue requests will not be accepted. Reference of Quality Guarantee Solutions: 1. Refund: partial refund / full refund / return and refund. 2. Reship: resend partial products/a new replacement. 3. Repair or exchange. Note: The warranty periods of BlitzWolf&BlitzHome Product with battery and without battery are 12 months and 18 months respectively. In addition: 1. For products purchased with large promotional discounts (snatch, half-and-above discounts, free gifts, giveaways, etc), if there are any quality issues, refund is the only available option. 2. Due to its nature and usage, clothing, shoes, bracelets, decorations, household gadgets, home decorations, sex products, home textiles, and other similar items are not included in this warranty period. For other product details please contact us or refer to other warranties. 3. Natural product degradation through wear and tear, along with breakage/damage during use, is solely the customer's responsibility and is not covered by our warranties. 4. If the product is damaged/misused by customers, the warranty will be invalid immediately. No compensation is available in such cases. However, you are welcome to contact us to purchase a replacement or spare parts (if applicable). 5. Proof is needed for any non-human quality problems. 6. For some products, customers need to provide damage proof or cooperate to check and confirm problems, otherwise we may not be able to cover you under Product Warranty Policy. 7.【The warranty is invalid if the customer operates the product under the following circumstances】: - refresh the hardware or root the device - open the product to fix the device -modify, delete, customize or exchange product components -use the device in an inappropriate manner -continue to use the item once a fault occurs and causes more damage
If the item you received is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the order being received and provide the clear and valid proof (photos or video of the item and the SKU number). IMall will verify the case and negotiate compensation solutions with you according to the extent of damage, such as partial refund / resending accessories / resending a new product, etc.
IMall has over 30 warehouses around the world. Convenient logistics methods are available for different countries or regions. Packages from local warehouse can be delivered within 2 days at the earliest, and from China warehouse can be delivered within 8 days at the earliest. The specific delivery time is shown on the product detail page when you place the order and varies in different countries and different logistics methods. If you have not received your item long after the delivery time, please contact us. IMall will verify your case and negotiate compensation solutions with you, such as refund/resending, and etc. Note: Delivery may be delayed due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters, bad weather, war, and any other events beyond our direct control, such as public holidays and customs issues. If you can not find a product in our overseas warehouses, the reason is that its price in the Chinese warehouse is much cheaper. We have a wide range of products in many categories, and our Chinese warehouse can store many more units. On the contrary, shipping and storing products in our offshore warehouses have an impact on the prices we can offer to our customers.
